Brief Session Description: In order to ensure that all youth, especially those who are the most economically vulnerable, are given the best opportunity to achieve success, we must connect local learning and work ecosystems to create pathways. This work must also be done with youth, not just for youth. All too often we're working to create learning experiences and pathways without bringing youth into the conversation and co-creating those experiences. This session will be an interactive discussion on building an ecosystem for equitable learning with specific examples of cities, organizations and youth that have worked together to build pathways. This session will also cover the technological demands of connecting these pathways and how communities have addressed the challenges. Join us to discuss how operating at the intersection of work, education and community can build ecosystems that promote inclusion and opportunity for all.
