Effective project management revolves around the Art (people/processes) and Science (structure/methodologies) to successfully implement projects on time, within scope, and on budget; and takes into consideration the context and capacity of a school district to sustainably adopt change. In this session we will share our insights on how we achieved an inclusive project management approach and methodology. .
