For adults and children who are experiencing life in a series of crisis, these skills do not become fully developed. Learn how how Executive Function plays a key role in Family Engagement.

1) Define what executive functions are in adults and children and how there are critical years for developing these skills.
2) Explain how stress affects a child's and adult's development of executive function skills.
3) Applying these concepts of executive function development to family support principles.
