Session Description: In this session, we share the results of a 2017-18 shared comprehensive services pilot (implemented in North Central ESD and Olympic ESD regions) designed by a statewide group of ESD staff and Child Care Aware partners intended to increase statewide understanding of:
? Provider priorities for comprehensive services statewide
? The factors that impact successful collaborative implementation of shared services in different settings
? How the AESD Network and Child Care Aware of WA can be more coordinated and responsive to statewide and local needs
The pilot results show clear success factors for future efforts related to relationships, responsiveness & flexibility, and sustainability.

1) Participants will learn about a model for collaborative design of Network efforts rooted in racial equity.

2) Participants will learn about the lessons learned and success factors for this pilot.

3) Participants will discuss the implications of the pilot results for their work.
