Mr. Noah Biklen AIA, LEED AP
Since joining Deborah Berke Partners in 2002, Noah has led the design and managed teams for many of the firm's signature projects including the award-winning 48 Bond Street and Pilgrim Road House, SUNY Fredonia's Rockefeller Arts Center and Cummins Indy Distribution Headquarters. He contributes to the design of all architecture projects in the firm, helping to maintain the practice's consistent design vision. On select projects, Noah designs building exteriors characterized by evocative forms and technical dexterity to both reflect and transform their urban contexts. He combines his deep knowledge in building and facade technologies with his sensitive eye for composition, proportion, and materiality.

Noah earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Brown University, and studied Japanese architecture history as a Fulbright Fellow at Kobe Design University in Japan. Noah received his Master of Architecture degree from the Yale University School of Architecture where he was awarded the AIA Henry Adams Certificate, the George Nelson Traveling Scholarship and the Wendy Elizabeth Blanning Prize. In addition to lecturing about the firm's work and participating as a visiting critic on numerous architecture school juries, Noah has taught architecture studios at the Yale School of Architecture and interior design at Parsons The New School for Design.
