The Art (and Science) of Mentoring
Track: Student Success
In the military, the chain of command is paramount. Nothing is more sacrosanct and nothing can be more ruinous to a career than a breach of that chain of command. Civilian businesses and organizations also have chains of command; however, they are often not as inviolable as the military version. Learn about mentoring, how it can benefit you as you enter the civilian world, and how to choose that mentor that is best for you.
