Carrie Johnson is an Assistant Professor in Human Development and Family Sciences and Personal and Family Finance Extension Specialist at North Dakota State University. Her research areas include personal finance for low-income and underserved populations, consumer decision-making over the life cycle, financial education impact, student loan debt, program delivery methods and program evaluation. Her educational outreach includes financial education programs for individuals, families and educators. She received her Ph.D. in Family and Consumer Science Education from Iowa State University.
