Ms. Mei Shan Josephine Kammer joined the staff of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board in 2013, where she serves as a TSP Training and Liaison Specialist in the Office of Communications and Education. Ms. Kammer was previously employed with the Department of Defense, the United States Army. She served as Personal Financial Readiness Program Manager, Army Emergency Relief Officer and Employment Readiness Program Manager in USAG-Baden Wuerttemberg, Germany. She also served in similar capacities in USAG-Mannheim and USAG-Wiesbaden, Germany. She has extensive experience in providing financial counseling and education to uniformed service members and federal employees. Ms. Kammer was awarded the FINRA Investor Education Foundation's Military Spouse Fellowship in 2008. She holds the designation of Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor ® designation from College of Financial Planning. She also holds the designation of Accredited Financial Counselor® from the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education.
