Danielle Champagne, MBA, FSWC® is Assistant Director of the Student Money Management Center at the University of North Texas. She currently oversees the coaching, loans, assessment, and student success programs of the Center. Danielle recently celebrated 11 years with the Center and has served as a programming and organizational design and planning expert at national and state conferences and consultative site visits. Prior to her current position she has worked in higher education in academic support services, conduct, and assessment and research. Her educational background includes finance, economics, strategic management, and student affairs and college administration. Her team has received AFCPE's Outstanding Education Program and Outstanding Financial Counseling Center awards, and she is currently studying for her AFC. Danielle's current research interests include low-SES student retention and success factors, assessment of student learning and behavioral outcomes, and the impact of debt on college students and recent graduates.
