Laura D'Alessandro is a Senior Program Officer in the Family Income and Wealth Building department at LISC and assists offices around the country to expand their financial capability programs. She started with LISC in 2011, during a period of rapid expansion and helped to scale the Financial Opportunity Center program to the current size of over 80 centers. Ms. D'Alessandro manages LISC's financial products and asset building strategies. Prior to joining LISC, she worked in international development in health and community economic development in both West and East Africa. She has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Washington and a master's of public administration from New York University's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
