Mark's research centers on consumer behavior and financial decision making. He focuses on issues relating to behavioral finance, judgment and decision making, and user experience. Mark has over twelve years of experience working in the domestic and international finance and insurance industries, as well as advising clients whose level of investment knowledge ranged from novice to expert. He is currently working with Angela Fontes on several projects for not-for-profit and commercial clients, and works with a broad range of public and private clients on data collection and analytic research. He holds an M.A. in Social Science from the University of Chicago where he focused on consumer behavior and financial disclosure.
