Dr. Danielle Winchester received her Ph.D. from Texas Tech University. She has taught at the graduate and/or undergraduate levels at North Carolina A&T State University as well as Texas Tech University. Her primary research area is behavioral finance, and she has published original research in peer-reviewed journals focusing on household decision making, financial services, economic psychology, financial counseling, as well as those that are practitioner and/or policy based. She currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Family and Economic Issues. She is a Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC®) and an active member of several professional and academic organizations, including the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the American Council on Consumer Issues (ACCI).
