Lissa Johnson is Director of Administration at the Center for Social Development (CSD), adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis, and Director of Policy Initiatives for the Grand Challenges for Social Work. She manages Center finances and operations as well as teaches and conducts research in the area of financial capability and asset-building (FCAB), with a particular focus on youth and school banking. She led the YouthSave Savings Demand Assessment in Colombia, Ghana, Kenya, and Nepal, and the development and commercialization of the first management information system for individual development accounts (MIS IDA).
