The CPCE Fast Track Course helps prepare candidates for the CPCE exam. This course should be used as a supplement to The Professional Reference Guide for the Catering and Event Industry. The CPCE Fast Track Live Course gives candidates 8 contact hours toward CPCE application and includes presentations that cover key concepts of the CPCE's 8 core competencies:

  • Food Production
  • Human Resources
