As Account Director, Vicki manages the direct marketing campaigns for the Human Rights Campaign, Marine Corps Heritage Foundation and Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC.
Before joining Lautman in 2008 as a Junior Account Executive, Vicki worked as a Development Associate and Database Administrator at The Calhoun School in Manhattan. There, she worked closely with board members and parent and alumni volunteers on a variety of fundraising endeavors including the Annual Fund, Capital Campaign and the Annual Auction Benefit. She also oversaw gift accounting, reconciling and reporting.
In addition to her professional work in fundraising, Vicki is currently serving on the Board of Governors for Westover School in Middlebury, CT where she is also chair of the Annual Fund ? helping to increase alumnae support and raise valuable, unrestricted funds. Vicki graduated from Tulane University with a dual degree in Marketing and Spanish Literature.
Robin is an award-winning Graphic Designer who works with Lautman Maska Neill & Company's Account Executives to develop the visual identity of fundraising campaigns for national, regional, and local non-profits both online and in the mail. She believes design is as important to the success of a direct marketing program as copywriting or list selection, and takes pride in designing components that are appropriate for each organization.
Robin has worked in design, production and management for organizations such as PeTA, O2Collaborative, and National Geographic - both in the U.S. and abroad. She has designed direct mail packages, print and online advertising, magazines, newspapers, calendars, emails and websites.
Robin is a member of the ADC (Art Directors Club), SND (Society for News Designers) and the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW). She serves on the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Third Century Scholarship Fund and volunteers for several local organizations. She graduated with a degree in Design and Stage Management from the University of Virginia.
Meg brings more than 15 years of direct marketing, fundraising campaign and production management experience to the Production Solutions Business Development Team. As a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Meg has a strong track record in strategic creation and implementation of direct marketing campaigns.
Throughout her career, Meg has developed and implemented strategic direct marketing programs for a variety of large-scale nonprofit organizations. She has managed creative strategy, copy, design, list and data selection/optimization processes, and utilized campaign results to execute a variety of different testing strategies. Her experience working directly with clients, and her CFRE accreditation enable Meg to understand a broader scope of philanthropic fundraising including relationship building, ethics, accountability and long-term sustainability.
Prior to joining the nonprofit fundraising industry, Meg oversaw sales promotion and marketing for Nordstrom. She made the transition led by her desire to work with client's strategic planning and fundraising for critical causes. Meg is an educator, industry leader, speaker, member of the DMA, DMAW and AFP and, current Board Member for the DMAW.
Julie has 14 years of direct marketing experience, and believes that an effective strategist needs to have a deep understanding of data as a foundation to create impactful programs. Before joining Integral, Julie was a Senior Data Strategist at Wunderman where she helped her clients scope custom data architectures for campaign and reporting platforms. Prior to that, Julie was with StrategicOne (now part of Blackbaud), assisting fundraising clients to understand trends within their database, as well as the design and implementation of long-term communication strategies, predictive models, and market research studies. Organizations that Julie's work has supported include Defenders of Wildlife, Amnesty International, American Red Cross, and The Salvation Army.
Julie holds a BA in Public Affairs from Indiana University. She lives in Washington D.C. and joined Integral in January 2014. She has a love/hate relationship with running, and questions why she keeps signing up for races with her colleagues.
Head of the fundraising division at Belardi/Ostroy. 30+ years' experience in donor acquisition and management; senior strategist focused on maximizing campaign performance, providing custom analysis and new acquisition opportunities across all nonprofit sectors. Jeanette is a founding member of the DMA Committee on the Environment & Social Responsibility and has participated over the past 10 years in teaching Direct Marketing 101 & 201 sessions to fundraising marketers and nonprofit staffs.
Jaime Grams is the Director of Client Solutions at The Engage Group, where he works along with his best friends (who just so happened to be top-notch strategists, designers, copywriters and technical implementation specialists) to deliver digital strategy and technical consulting services to their favorite nonprofit clients. Before joining The Engage Group in 2014, Jaime worked for 12 years delivering data-driven insights with Integral, a leading analytics firm. Jaime was introduced to the world of direct response fundraising by his brother Dane in 2001 after managing corporate advertising accounts for three years--and has never looked back. Jaime holds fundraisers in such high regard that in March of 2014, he married one. Jaime and Cathy reside in Annapolis, MD with their adopted four-legged friends Mean Joe Greene, Scout, Peanut, Barack and Michele where they enjoy sailing and planning their next getaway. Jaime is a DMAW and DMFA member and has been a Bridge Conference panelist and DMAW Mentor for a Day. Jaime holds degrees in Business and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
