Nick Ellinger is VP of Marketing Strategy for DonorVoice, where he works with top nonprofits on their direct marketing strategy and execution, specializing in digital strategy. Before that, he ran Mothers Against Drunk Driving's individual giving strategy for nine years and, at various points, ran MADD's fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts, including direct marketing, databases, corporate relations, donor relations, field fundraising, major gifts outreach, Internet strategy, press strategy, and social media strategy.
Franklin Guerrero joined Project HOPE in February of 2016 as Vice President of Development and Communications responsible for developing strategic partnerships and creating new opportunities to increase the reach of HOPE's impact. Formerly a Senior Director of Development for Individual and Major Gifts at USA for UNHCR in Washington D.C., Frank has a background in professional fundraising, international development and nonprofit management. He has substantial expertise in leading global fundraising campaigns and cultivating successful partnerships with corporations, institutions, NGOs and advocacy groups. He also had a nine-year tenure in senior leadership positions at the Missouri-based NGO, Children International, including as Vice President of Development and Advancement.
A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Frank holds a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University in Illinois and a B.A. in Social Sciences, Justice and Legal Systems from the University of the Sacred Heart in Puerto Rico.
Emily Anderson is the Director of Annual Giving at Catholic Relief Services. She joined the organization in 2007, first as the Manager of New Market Channels before being promoted into her current role three and half years ago. Emily oversees all individual fundraising efforts at CRS. Her recent focus has been on improving retention through optimizing the donor experience, as well as growing a younger and more diverse donor base. Prior to CRS, Emily worked in both advertising and direct marketing agencies, managing several large retail, financial and nonprofit accounts. Emily holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She lives just outside Annapolis with her husband, Marc and sons, Maxwell and Wesley.
