Brad Sisley joined the Coast Guard Foundation in 2008. As Senior Vice President, Brad develops the overall strategic and operational direction for the development and communications programs. With that in mind, Brad's goal is to ensure that Foundation's staff operate in an efficient, effective, and well-coordinated manner, and that they support and enhance the mission of the Foundation.
Rachel currently serves as the Chief Development Officer for St. Labre Indian School, an educational organization that cares for more than 700 Northern Cheyenne and Crow children. She is responsible for overseeing all fundraising activities including direct response and planned giving on multiple channels. She has been with St. Labre for nearly 10 years and began her career there in the database department, quickly moving into a leadership role on the organization's donor relations staff. She has also served as the director of direct response fundraising for St. Labre. Prior to her philanthropical experience, Rachel worked in the financial and insurance industries. Rachel is well-respected by her peers and industry professionals alike, offering insightful and often non-traditional perspectives. She encourages out-of-the-box thinking and rarely passes up the opportunity to explore new ideas and methods of fundraising.
