Getting audiences to watch your organization's video, and then inspiring them to take action, is definitely harder than saying "Lights, camera, action." The key to nonprofit video success lies in connecting viewers to your cause through storytelling and personalization. You also need to get the authentic voices of your constituents on video because they will say be the most credible carriers of your messaging.
In this session, we will learn how and why video is the most impactful, engaging, emotional and effective way for organizations to tell stories and spread their messages. We'll share core strategies for creating impactful videos and for gathering the stories of your constituents. We'll study some awesome nonprofit examples, and look at tools that will make your audience feel a unique connection with your cause.
