The success of a charity's Face-to-face fundraising program hinges on the retention of the donors once they are recruited.

Utilizing decades of international fundraising and face-to-face experience, this presentation will take two pronged look at retention of Face-to-Face recruited donors will analyse both working with suppliers to improve the quality of donors recruited as well as how supporter journeys can improve the retention of a set of donors once they are recruited.

After sharing results-based tips and tricks for ensuring that new donors recruited through F2F will stick, the second-half of the session will involve breaking into teams, getting out paper and markers and building supporter journeys to continue to effectively make the case for donors continuing to support your charity with their monthly gifts.

Session participants will come away with a new set of ideas on recruiting high-quality donors that will stick around with your charity for the long-run as well as tangible concepts that can be implemented at their organisation straight away!
