Multi-Channel Sustainer Recruitment: Finding New Monthly Donors Through Mail, Online and Telemarketing Campaigns

This presentation will focus on successful case studies in each of the three channels (direct mail, online and telemarketing) that resulted in an increase in sustainer recruitment. The goal will be to present tactics that can be incorporated into the programs of large and small organizations, and showcase the importance of each channel in an integrated recruitment strategy. Each presenter will present a case for a specific channel, outlining a case study for a particular campaign or series of coordinated efforts within one overall project, the execution plan for said effort, benchmarks for success set for the campaign, and post-campaign evaluation and action plans.
