Relationship building is at the heart of all fundraising! Donors need to know they have an impact on your organization and make a difference. They also want to know they are appreciated and valued. With competition for charitable dollars at an all-time high, donor stewardship has never been more important than it is today. Learn ways for cultivating relationships with all types of donors, including major donor, sustainers, and single gift donors, and how these efforts can pay off. Samples and case studies will be provided. You will hear about a "secret shopper" study and learn what your competitors are up to!
