You need to target your most responsive donors and prospects to optimize your fundraising campaigns, and RFM has already been maxed out. This session looks across various nonprofit direct marketing programs, channels, and approaches. You'll learn when and how often to model, who should be included, and how to evaluate whether or not you have a good model in place. We'll take you through how numerous direct mail and telemarketing optimization models improved the overall performance of a nonprofit's multi-channel program, and when modeling is NOT the answer.
