Brief Session Description: In this session you will hear how 11 districts across the US have connected their students to Education Broadband off-campus to extend learning. We will highlight programs covering both traditional and non-traditional academic environments. We will cover programs from Pre-K to High School Advanced Placement. We will cover programs focused on Title I and Title III inclusion to serving ESL and immigrant populations. We will highlight inner city, suburban and rural stories in 1:1 and BYOD environments. Every district will come away with some new ideas to improve academic outcomes by extending the learning environment beyond the traditional school walls and school hours.
