1:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Breakout Session F - Legal Discussions - Moderator: Gregg P. Skall, JD
With the election only a week away and talk of a "lame duck" session, in the U.S. Congress, this could be the most important legislative session for tick-borne diseases and the doctors who treat them in years. What LLMDs and Lyme patients need to know about the legislative process and how to be effective advocates. A discussion of federal and state legislative proposals, where things are and what physicians need to do.
