Educators are familiar with a life of learning ?. But not necessarily learning online. There's always something new to learn and to share with students and colleagues. Whether or not a professor teaches online, the rapid adoption and inclusion of technology within our daily lives presents additional learning requirements.

Ann Blackman, Collin College, Director, Instructional Technology

Ann holds an MS from the University of North Texas in Computer Education & Cognitive Systems with a focus on Teaching and Learning with Technology. She's currently completing a post-graduate certificate in Community College Leadership.

As Collin College's Director of Instructional Technology, Ann establishes e-learning technology training workshops and training for faculty and staff, incorporating innovative technology and evaluation techniques. In addition, she coordinates the development of robust online learning support environments for all students as well as students using technology in the traditional classroom.
