Collaborating on Course Design & Development Using OneDrive and Skype
Interaction between faculty and instructional design teams is needed to successfully develop an online course. While face-to-face discussions are helpful, using online collaborative tools is efficient and effective. This presentation introduces Microsoft OneDrive and Skype for business, explaining how they can be employed in the course design and development process.

Mr. Michael Brand, The University of Texas at San Antonio, Instructional Development Specialist
Michael Brand is an Instructional Development Specialist at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has been developing online and hybrid undergraduate and graduate courses with the Office of Digital Learning for over two years. He is originally from Buffalo New York and obtained a Masters of Education in Instructional Technology from Misericordia University.
Dr. Steven Levitt, The University of Texas at San Antonio, Associate Professor
Steven Levitt is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication and serves as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies in the College of Liberal and Fine Arts. He has many years of experience in synchronous distance learning, and has recently designed a fully online asynchronous course.
