Stephanie Rincon, Texas Tech University, Graduate Student
Education has always been very important to me. I have a deep rooted love of learning and helping students become successful learners. I've worked as an educator for almost ten years. I've worked in a classroom teaching ELAR and now I currently work with online adult learners through Texas Tech University. I've earned a BS in Multidisciplinary Studies, a M.Ed. in Language and Literacy, an ED Graduate Certificate for Developmental Literacy and currently enrolled in doctorate program for Curriculum and Instruction. Working as an educator has given me new experiences and insights into helping students realize their goals. Working as an online educator has made me a more reflect and innovated learner and teacher. I firmly believe in the importance of literacy and writing skills and how curriculum development can impact student achievement.
