Videoconferencing in the High School Classroom and Teacher Concerns
This session will review the results of a study completed utilizing the Concern Based Adoption Model to measure high school teachers concerns on the adoption of videoconferencing in the classroom. Results of the study illustrate the influence that teacher concerns have on the implementation of videoconferencing in the classroom.

Dr. Cindy Joffrion, Distance Learning and Telemedicine Partnership-StarLeaf, Director of Government, Medical and Education Services
Dr. Joffrion has worked in the field of Distance Learning for over 22 years. She draws on her diverse background in education to speak on topics such as instructional technology, education issues, grant writing, and technology project management techniques. In addition, her articles have been published in multiple journals, with subjects ranging from funding acquisition for schools, utilizing distance education instruction and funding school district technology initiatives. Recently, she has published a book on utilizing nontraditional fund raising techniques titled Funding 2.0 : Everything you need to know to find funding for technology projects.
