Victoria Lynn Packard is Professor and Coordinator of Instructional Services & Distance Learning at Texas A & M University - Kingsville. She has published and presented at national and international conferences on Distance Learning, Grant Research, Government Information, Geography, & GIS. She is currently on the MERLOT Executive Board and a reviewer for Reference Reviews International & MERLOT.
