Impact of Major Newspapers on Public Perception About Big Data
Concerns about issues in big data collection and analytics may shift the emphasis of the conversation to the detriment of potentially impactful discoveries and initiatives related to student success in higher education. This session will present findings on the impact of three major daily newspapers in shaping public opinion.

April Wenting is a doctoral student in the educational psychology program at Texas A&M University. She is also a graduate assistant at the Dwight Look College of Engineering, where she assists in the design and development of digital instructional components.
