Ms. Laura Osborne, Stephen F. Austin State University, Faculty Training & Certification Coordinator
Laura coordinates a wide range of faculty training and programming in the Center for Teaching & Learning at Stephen F. Austin State University. She also provides training on D2L, Turnitin, and related topics and technologies. In addition, Laura teaches online courses for the Department of English at SFA.

She has both a B.A. and an M.A. in English, and holds professional certifications in the fields of Training and Development and Online Instruction.
 
Ms. Andra Floyd, Stephen F. Austin State University, Distance Education Support Specialist
Andra has served as Distance Education Student Support Specialist since 1999, and is responsible for supporting faculty and students in the learning management system, D2L. She became a certified WebCT Trainer from 2001 - 2005, an Instructional Designer/Developer from Langevin Learning Services, and is certified as a Distance Education Professional from The Center for Distance Learning Research and Texas A&M University.

Andra has served as Distance Education Support Specialist at Stephen F. Austin State University for the past sixteen years, and is responsible for supporting faculty and students in online courses and programs. She oversees a team of student assistants that develop technical support materials for faculty and students, and also works closely with the course design/training team to provide effective overall support for SFA's online endeavors.
