Dr. Carol Henrichs, Henrichs Media Group, Founder
Dr. Carol Henrichs holds ITIL Expert and MOR Practitioner certifications and has 25+ years experience in IT. As the founder of Henrichs Media Group, Dr. Henrichs engages with IT managers and organizations to enable effective and efficient delivery of services. She draws on knowledge and skills developed over 25+ years in IT support and administration while with Texas A&M University, Victoria College, and providing services for DOW/Union Carbide and others. Highlights include leading IT integration and ITSM efforts and managing a $1.24 million IT initiative.
Dr. Henrichs' professional activities include serving as CIO for the Texas Blackboard User Group, on the Board of Directors for the US Distance Learning Association and Texas Distance Learning Association; on various committees for the Texas Distance Learning Association, the International forum for Women in eLearning, the North American Nature Photography Association and chairing the South Texas Regional Higher Education Council.
