Sobering Findings Regarding Videoconferencing Accessibility for Students with Disabilities
In this session, research will be presented regarding the accessibility of a videoconferencing tool for individuals with disabilities (i.e. autism, visual impairment, hearing impairment and specific learning disability). Discussion will include findings regarding accessibility and highlight video footage of a student with a VI accessing the session using JAWS, as well as subject reported use of other technologies.

Dr. Paige Mask, Stephen F. Austin State University, Associate Professor
Paige Mask is in her 10th year with Stephen F. Austin State University where she teaches and coordinates the graduate programs for Special Education. She has co-created three online degrees in Special Education at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior to her university experience, she worked as a special education teacher and educational diagnostician in the public school and correctional education settings.
