Phillip Anaya, Alamo Colleges
Phillip is the Digital and OER Coordinator for Alamo Colleges in San Antonio, TX. Phillip has been in education for over ten years ranging from elementary to higher education and from a classroom teacher to institutional advancement to technology. He is truly a life long learner.
As part of the Alamo Colleges, Phillip has lead the implementation of digital and OER (open educational resources) content in distance learning and face to face courses.
