Presenter: Jennifer Broome, Chief Development Officer, Nuclear Threat Initiative
As a member of NTI's senior management team, she is responsible for building a strategic, multi-faceted, and sustainable fundraising program to secure NTI's $15 million annual budgetary requirements. Broome has more than 14 years of fundraising experience, including major and principal donor solicitation, foundation and corporate relations and annual fund and direct marketing management.

Jennifer served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Madagascar and received a master's degree in Philanthropic Studies from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University. She currently volunteers as a board member for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Washington DC Metro Area Chapter. She also volunteers with the CABEL Foundation, Mercy Economic Development International Corporation, and Crown Financial Ministries.
 
Presenter: Suzanne Burrows, Development, Director, Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys (BWS)
 
Suzanne Burrows is the Director of Development at the Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys (BWS). Previously, she served as Director of Annual Giving at Maret School from 2010-2014. She joined Maret in 2009 as Annual Fund Coordinator. Fundraising at BWS and Maret has increased in sophistication and grown in terms of participation and dollars raised under her guidance emphasizing a personalized, donor-focused approach. Suzanne is an attorney who launched her second career developing strong fundraising programs for two nursery schools in Washington, DC, St. Columba's Nursery School and School for Friends.
