Kate Sienicki has over a decade of experience in telemarketing. Prior to joining the Mal Warwick | Donordigital team, Kate has built a deep bench of experience on the agency side of telemarketing, working with both political and non-profit clients and managing their results and relationships with their telemarketing vendors. Kate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University.
 
Presenter: Katja Greeson, Deputy Director of Marketing, Democratic National Committee
 
Katja Greeson is the Deputy Director of Marketing at the Democratic National Committee (DNC). In this role, she oversees operations and facilitates strategy for the DNC's direct mail, telemarketing, canvass and online store fundraising program. Prior to this position, she held other roles within the department at the DNC to include a position as State Party Victory Fund Coordinator, leading a direct mail fundraising program that provides financial support for all 50 state parties. During the 2012 election cycle, Katja managed a competitive county commission race, where she directed all campaign operations to include, field, communications and events.
Katja graduated from the University of North Carolina Asheville with a BA in Political Science, and currently resides in Washington, D.C.

Tara, Sr. Account Director with Donor Services Group, has over 10 years of experience in the Direct Marketing Industry. Tara is experienced at every level of telefundraising, ranging from actual calling to Vice President of Client Service & Operations, which gives her a unique understanding of every nuance of TM. She has spearheaded campaigns of countless organizations nationwide, including the Democratic National Committee, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Human Rights Campaign, raising millions of dollars and increasing memberships. She accomplished this by cultivating and growing fundraising programs for her clients through hands on management and high level business planning. A life-long learner, she is excited to continue to grow at one of the top and most innovative fundraising organizations in the country.
