She is an active member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the Mom's Club (Montgomery County), Parent-Teacher Association (Montgomery County), the Catholic University of America Alumni Association, the Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce, and the DC Society of Young Professionals.
Jasmine is married to Franklyn G. Musgrave, Jr. Esq., and is a proud mother of two: Franklyn III (5) and Theodore (2). She also volunteers as a vocalist at her local church.
