Julie has 13 years of direct marketing experience, and believes that an effective strategist needs to have a deep understanding of data as a foundation to create sustainable programs. At Integral, Julie works with clients to gain an understanding of the value of their marketing investments in order to create impactful business models. Organizations that Julie's work at Integral has supported include National Parks Foundation, Amnesty International, and International Rescue Committee. Before joining Integral, Julie was a Senior Data Strategist at Wunderman where she helped her clients scope custom data architectures for campaign and reporting platforms, and used their data to build online and offline marketing programs. Julie holds a BA in Public Affairs from Indiana University. She has a love/hate relationship with running, and questions why she keeps signing up for races with her colleagues.

Tricia has 20 years of fundraising experience. She joined Amnesty International in October 2013 and oversees direct response, monthly and planned giving. Recently, Tricia managed individual giving at Orbis International and the Lupus Foundation of America. She began her career at Lautman & Company. She is an avid tester, silo denier and multi-channel enthusiast.

Joe joined ABD Direct in 1993 to open the Washington, D.C. office and has helped grow the company dramatically. He has worked with clients such as Americans for Responsible Solutions, The Wilderness Society, Doctors Without Borders, and Amnesty International to develop direct marketing program strategies that combine gripping creative content with proven fundraising techniques. Joe works to develop short and long-range plans and set priorities, developing strategic recommendations for every aspect of program-creative product; strategic planning and analysis; budgets and schedules. Joe has been a Partner in the company since 2005.
