Shiree joined Habitat NOVA September 2015 with 24 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, including fifteen years in senior development positions within two nationally recognized health and human service organizations. The breadth of her experience includes strategic planning; development fund planning; major gifts; annual giving; foundation and corporate grants; corporate sponsorships; special events; Board recruitment and training; and development operations and systems. Shiree currently serves on the Board of Montgomery Community Media and the East Coast Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen Inc. and previously served on the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, DC Chapter. Shiree is an adjunct professor with The Fund Raising School at Indiana University's The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. In addition to an MBA, she holds a Masters in Nonprofit Management and is a Certified Meeting Planner.

Jasmine M. Musgrave, Researcher & Writer at TSymmetry, Inc. and Senior Communications Associate and Website Administrator at Easter Seals Serving DC | MD | VA, is a successful writer, editor, and teacher.

At Easter Seals, Jasmine has focused on the following: regional website administration; regional re-branding; production of ongoing internal and external newsletters; print material for regional and national campaigns; and fostering client relationships to produce several success stories and testimonials, many of which have led to substantial gifts to sustain Easter Seals programs. She has also maintained press relationships and releases, managed social media, and maintained donor services.

In addition to working at Easter Seals, Jasmine does event planning, and also spent the last six years as a researcher and writer at TSymmetry, Inc. focusing on healthcare information technology (HIT) and a "how-to" guide on proper grammar and punctuation.

Jasmine holds a BA in English Language and Literature and a Minor and certification in French Language from the Catholic University of America, and a Childhood Development Associate (CDA) in Early Childhood Education. She is an active member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the Mom's Club (Montgomery County), Parent-Teacher Association (Montgomery County), the Catholic University of America Alumni Association, the Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce, and the DC Society of Young Professionals.

Jasmine is married to Franklyn G. Musgrave, Jr. Esq., and is a proud mother of two: Franklyn III (5) and Theodore (2). She also volunteers as a vocalist at her local church.
