Steve Maggio is President/CCO of DaVinci Direct, a full-service integrated direct response fundraising agency, and an industry leader who has provided multi-channel program strategy and creative for more than 250 nonprofit and commercial organizations in his 30-year career.

Steve has served a wide range of nonprofits, from large national organizations, such as DAV, MDA, American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association, to international relief organizations, to regional hospitals, cancer centers, humane societies, food banks, homeless shelters, and religious causes. His teams consistently develop creative fundraising solutions that significantly increase results.

An engaging speaker, Steve has made numerous presentations at industry conferences including DMA, AFP, DMFA, NCDC and NEDMA and has served on the DMANF Advisory Council and several conference planning committees. He is currently serving on the Marketing Committee for the 2016 Bridge Conference and the Planning Committee for DMFA Boston. His creative teams have won more than 150 awards for creative excellence, 
including DMA ECHOs, DMAW MAXIs, Fundraising Success Campaign of the Year, DMFA Package of the Year, and many NEDMA Awards, including Best of Show and Best in Decade.

As Creative Director for ResourceOne Dom's role is to work directly with new and existing clients to advance integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels and develop innovative winning creative communications.

Dom works on such accounts as The American Legion, Soldier's Wish, Help Hospitalized Veterans, St. Labre Indian School, St. Joseph's Indian School, Association of Marian Helpers, Association of the Miraculous Medal, Graymoor, Liberty Council, Mike Evans Ministry, United Way of LA and Sheriff's Association.

Dom's "hands on" approach to problem solving utilizes his range of skills from creative direction and design to production and quality control for each creative product he undertakes.

Prior to Resource One Dom worked at THD Inc. as Executive Creative Director on Feeding America, Make-A-Wish, American Diabetes Association, American Parkinson Disease Association, CARE, Habitat for Humanity, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, MS. Foundation and The National Children's Cancer Society,

At SCA Direct/Russ Reid Dom served as VP Creative Director for 8 years working on CARE, Easter Seals, AHAF, Audubon, The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, Defenders of Wildlife and Environmental Defense Fund.

As VP Creative Director at Epsilon for 18 years Dom worked on both commercial and non-profit clients.

Throughout Dom's career, he has been the recipient of over 175 direct marketing awards which include ECHO's, John Caples, NEDMA, MAXI, Art Directors of New York, Fundraising Success, and Hatch awards.

He has been an ECHO, Caples and DMAW judge for the past 10 years and has spoken at the Direct Marketing at DMAW and NEDMA.
