Rachel is the founder of Creative Suitcase, an award-winning, strategic design firm that helps cause-driven organizations manifest their mission. Rachel's traveled the world exploring great storytelling and communications. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the Savannah College of Art and Design, she worked as a graphic designer with Traffic Interactive in London, England and JSA Design in Brisbane, Australia along with several advertising agencies in Austin, Texas. In 2005, Rachel founded Creative Suitcase to better help her clients tell their stories and engage their audiences. Fusing smart strategy with killer creative, Creative Suitcase focuses on opportunities that allow nonprofits to build better relationships with their donors, clients and supporters. Heath Riddles holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and began his career as a television news producer at the NBC affiliate in Oklahoma City and FOX in Austin, Texas. Ultimately Heath transitioned into the world of non-profit fundraising and communications, cutting his teeth as the Special Events Coordinator at AIDS Services of Austin during that organization's multi-million dollar capital campaign for a new building. Heath went on to serve as Deputy Director of Development and Communications at Equality Texas where he oversaw the organization's rebranding and a 100% increase in annual fund support over a 3 year period. Heath has also held the position of Deputy Executive Director at Texas Advocacy Project where again, he spearheaded an agency rebrand and an aggressive period of financial growth. Currently, Heath serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Long Center for the Performing Arts, where he is always looking for innovative platforms and strategies for reaching new audiences. In his spare time, Heath enjoys reading, swimming and traveling with his partner.
