Presenter: Laura Goodwin, Director of Development, Girls Inc.
Laura is the Director of Development for Girls Inc. National, with 21 years of fund-raising experience. Prior to joining Girls Inc., she was a part of The Osborne Group, and worked closely with national organizations like the American Cancer Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Easter Seals, National 4-H Council to design and deliver fund development counsel to national organizations with affiliate offices - large and small. Laura has experience in board development, campaign counsel, and in developing and enhancing annual giving, stewardship, leadership volunteer, and major gift programs.

Previously, Laura was the Director of Annual Giving, and Director of Donor Relations and Campaign Communications for Sarah Lawrence College, overseeing the creation of a comprehensive stewardship program, double-digit growth in the annual fund and actively managed a major gifts portfolio. She also worked with the Board Development and Fund Development committees of the board.

Laura is also the former Chair of the Board for Girls Inc. - Westchester, an organization dedicated to helping girls discover how they are strong, smart and bold.
 
Presenter: Leslie Renner, Director of Individual Giving & Corporate Partnerships, Girls Inc.
 
Leslie leads the planning, and management of fund development activities for corporate partners, annual fund, major gifts, direct mail and Board giving. Leslie joined Girls Inc. in 2012 and was prior at Butler University and Barnard College. Leslie has a BA from Purdue and an MBA from Butler.
 
Presenter: Amy Dillon, President & CEO, Girls Inc. of Shelbyville, Shelby County
 
Amy has led Girls Inc. of Shelbyville & Shelby County for the past 5 years, realizing a 58% increase in the number of girls served with impact and revenue growth of 20%. Identified as a leading affiliate, she has piloted numerous national projects and named Outstanding Affiliate of the Year in 2014.
