But the phones are still an important component of a fully functioning, integrated direct response program - no matter the size of your organization. Calling "smarter" is essential, whether your goal is producing net profit from a campaign or making a longer term investment in acquiring new donors or new sustainers. This session will provide you with guidance on running a successful telemarketing program - with real-world case studies from some of our nonprofit partners and collaborating telemarketing vendors.
Come let us show you successful ways to improve different types of telemarketing programs (cultivation, acquisition, monthly giving, high dollar), and provide a forum for you to help brainstorm more ways to penetrate donor files. And if that's not enough for you, lastly, we'll touch upon new, emerging challenges, like cellphone legislation.
