Donors Aren't Your ATMS: Build Brand, Relationships and Revenue with Innovative Donor Stewardship

With industry-wide challenges to acquiring new donors, the churn and burn math is unsustainable. That's why there has never been more of a need to focus on generating maximum revenue from current donor pools. But the first impulse -- to mail, phone or email more -- does not always improve the bottom line. Innovative organizations are finding success -- retaining and upgrading donors -- by building relationships between the asks.

In this session, we explore creative ways a number of large and smaller-sized organizations are reaching out to donors to connect with them, reinforce their brand, and move them up the donor pyramid. We will showcase at least one stand-out non-profit partner.
