Your donors are multi-faceted people who donate online, send checks in the mail and answer your telemarketing calls. But are all of your staff collaborating on your channels to deliver a cohesive message and give your donors as many opportunities to give as possible? At this session, you will learn about case studies and walk through the basics of multi-channel campaigning. Some of the questions you'll find the answers to are: Why should your campaigns be integrated? How do you plan and execute a multi-channel campaign? And you'll gain fresh insights in how to set goals and measure the success of a campaign, the strategies behind an effective contact calendar (and what that is for that matter) and tips on how to make your messaging work across channels.
