11:15 AM - 12:30 PM: Breakout 2
In this interactive discussion, we will share with you how Girls Inc. developed and implemented the network-wide leadership giving society - Girls Inc. Champions for Girls - which has attracted and engaged significantly more $1,000-plus national donors and affiliate programs around the country. We will discuss with you how the process of building the program brought together organization-wide re-branding and positioning among core donor population, and continues to reinforce core messaging, both online and offline, and through solicitation activities.
We developed a portfolio of mission-based engagement opportunities to complement traditional donor recognition. As Girls Inc. is a federated structure, we'll share how we were able to expand solicitation and stewardship capacity throughout the network, and count gifts, track donors, and deliver benefits at the national level to affiliate donors. You will hear the practical steps taken to implement this leadership giving program, from positioning a leader in the community to engage potential donors to building a loyal, generous network of women and men who invest in the program annually.
