Last winter and spring QM conducted 10 pilot Program Reviews. The outcomes of the reviews exceeded expectations, but pointed out the need for refinement of the criteria and evidence, smoothing of the review process, and more extensive preparation and guidance for both reviewers and program liaisons. Feedback from all participants in the process was shared with the Study Group that originally shaped the QM Program Review plan. The session will highlight changes made and include comments from some of the participants in the pilot.
