Dr. Ron Legon is Executive Director of QM and Provost Emeritus of the University of Baltimore. Dr. Legon focuses on new initiatives and project management and represent QM to the higher education community. Dr. Legon has published extensively regarding online learning and Ancient Greek History.

QM has launched an unprecedented effort to adapt the QM Higher Education Rubric for use in Chinese higher education in collaboration with a leading Chinese institution, Fudan University in Shanghai.The presenters will describe how the project fits into their broader online learning agendas, and assess the challenges and opportunities it presents. Audience members will be invited to share their views on adapting the QM Rubric across cultures, the applicability of this approach in other cultural settings, and the types of cross-cultural research questions the project might address.
