Dr. Roseann Wolak is the Lead Course/Program Developer at St. Cloud State University. She manages the development of online courses and degree programs and provides direct consultation to faculty and departments. Dr. Wolak has a Master's degree in English and a Doctorate in Education Leadership.
Come learn how a new program was built - from scratch and online - using Quality Matters in a cooperative effort. The RN Baccalaureate Program (RN to BSN) is the first online program at St. Cloud State University (SCSU) in 10 years. A core group of nursing faculty championed the program and developed broad-based support to launch it. Now, it is the pilot for developing other online programs at SCSU.
