Joan Mikalson is Associate Provost of Student and Faculty Services at Excelsior College. She is a certified master reviewer, facilitator for the face-to-face and online APPQMR, and Lead QM Coordinator with oversight of QM training and the peer review process. Joan also served as a QM Research Colleague from 2012-2014.
Betsy Brennan, Data Quality Specialist, Excelsior College
Betsy Brennan is a Data Quality Specialist at Excelsior College with over 30 years of experience in higher education. Serving as both QM Coordinator and Certified-QM Course Manager, she developed and manages the Excelsior college-wide system for subscriber-managed and informal/unofficial QM course reviews.
A Lead QM Coordinator and QM-Certified Course Review Manager from Excelsior College will tell the story of how a QM organizational chart evolved and the shared model for QM Coordinator emerged.
